WHO AM I?
I grew up in the Midwest in northern Minnesota, I've lived in several Spanish speaking countries around the world and currently am located in the San Francisco Bay Area. My favorite things to do are downhill skiing, hiking, yoga, meditation, wine tasting, travel and spending time with my family and dogs.
MY BACKGROUND
I am a skilled facilitator, change agent and Co-Active trained coach. I have a unique background based in Global Channel Partner Management and Supply Chain Operations, before I found my passion in Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management. Since then, I've been working in Silicon Valley for the past 15+ years helping leaders build effective teams at some of the top tech companies including Intel, Intuit, Cisco and Juniper, developing change capability in their organizations, creating employee experiences that lead to engagement, buy-in and realizing the benefits of transformational change initiatives.
